At Elvakart, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in packing and shipping every order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is not working at the time of delivery

  • The product is expired or unusable

  • The product received is significantly different from the description shown on our website

  • You changed your mind (only if the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition)


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is working properly and matches the order

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing

  • Return request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or discount, unless damaged or defective

  • Change of mind after using the product


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please share:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number or email

  • Clear photos or video proof of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.


4. Return Pickup & Inspection
  • If your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (Shiprocket or its delivery partners).

  • Once the returned product is received, it will be checked and inspected.

  • Approval of refund depends on the condition of the returned product.


5. Refund Process
  • After successful inspection, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Delivery charges (₹50) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.


6. Exchange Policy
  • If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is approved.

  • Standard delivery time for exchanged products is 3–7 business days, depending on location.


7. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.


8. Important Notes
  • Elvakart reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on verification.

  • Providing false claims or incomplete proof may lead to rejection.

  • This policy is applicable only for orders placed on https://elvakart.com.
