You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order in the following situations:
You received an incorrect product
The product arrived damaged during delivery
The product has a manufacturing defect
The item is not working at the time of delivery
The product is expired or unusable
The product is significantly different from what was shown on our website
You wish to exchange the product (only if it is unused, unopened, and in original condition)
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The product is functioning correctly and matches the order
The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories are missing
The request is made after 7 days of delivery
Products purchased during sale or clearance, unless defective or damaged
Change of mind after the product has been used

Order ID
Registered mobile number or email
Clear photos or video proof showing the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
After receiving the product, it will be verified and inspected.
Approval depends on the product being returned in the same condition as delivered.
If you opt for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes inspection.
Exchange delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Delivery charges (₹50) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Elvakart reserves the right to accept or reject return or exchange requests after verification.
False claims or insufficient proof may result in rejection.
