  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


4. Delivery Time
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Charges
  • Orders below ₹500: Flat ₹50 delivery charge

  • Orders of ₹500 or above: Free delivery

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


6. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.


7. Delivery Attempts
  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery or return charges may apply.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Elvakart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In such cases, additional shipping charges may be applicable.


9. Damaged or Missing Packages
  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept delivery or record a video while opening the package.

  • Any delivery-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for support.


10. Responsibility Disclaimer
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Elvakart is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.

  • However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns to the best of our ability.
