All orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners, including Shiprocket and its associated delivery partners.
Courier partner selection depends on your delivery location and service availability.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders below ₹500: Flat ₹50 delivery charge
Orders of ₹500 or above: Free delivery
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery or return charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Elvakart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may be applicable.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept delivery or record a video while opening the package.
Any delivery-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for support.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Elvakart is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns to the best of our ability.
